  • Plan Party Refreshments & Food
  • Check Camera Batteries, Memory Cards
  • Check First Aid Kit
  • Select Party Music
  • Assemble Your Party Favors or Order Them From Yeeri
  • Find Helpers
  • Confirm RSVPs to Determine the Number of Guests Coming
  • Make Name Tags
  • Order the Cake (Unless You Are Making It Yourself)

FEW DAYS BEFORE:

  • Make or Pick up a Cake
  • Buy Birthday Candles & Decorations

PARTY DAY

  • Set Up Tables & Decorations
  • Arrange Refreshments for Adults
  • Bring Cake to Room Temperature
  • Get Favors Ready
  • Place Balloons at Entryway
  • Consider Putting Your Pets in a Different Room for the Duration of the Party 
  • Decide Where Coats & Presents Go
  • Keep First Aid Kit Handy
